The IS310 standard arm door closer is the ideal overhead door closer for the majority of doors on the market today (in wood, metal, aluminium etc.) and may even be installed on fire-resistant doors. The closing force of the closer is adjustable from 3 to 6 with a setting screw.

Equipped with an adjustable backcheck to prevent the door from being opened too rapidly.

Boasting a silent closing action, the door closer also has a delayed closing action which facilitates use by disabled or elderly persons and allows bulky objects to be carried more easily through the door.
